Take some time for you

About Me

I grew up on a grain farm in central Alberta and moved to Saskatoon in the fall of 2021. I went back to school to study massage therapy in 2016, after spending close to a decade working with non profit organziations after obtaining my Bachelor of Management at the University of Lethbridge. I've always had a passion to help others and massage therapy has been the perfect fit to provide comfort, relief and a safe environment for clients of all body types and to help empower people to take action within their own bodies.

My massage style tends to be on the lighter side, but will of course adjust pressure and technique to your preference.  I see all populations of all ages including pre and postnatal mothers. A mother's body goes through many changes and I'm here to provide comfort to you wherever you are on your parenting path. It is a true privilege to massage an expectant mom, so thank you in advance for trusting me.

I also find fascia fascinating and love to incorporate myofascial cupping into my massages to help ease restrictions that can be felt throughout the body.

Some of my latest interests include breathwork and TMJ disorder. I have been getting into pilates and kundalini yoga and have plans to acquire more education in these topics in the near future.

I'm very excited to join the outstanding community of health practitioners at Boreal Wellness to better help you feel your best.  Hope to see you soon!

"The soul of man, with all the streams of pure living water, seems to dwell in the fascia of his body. When you deal with the fascia, you deal and do business with the branch offices of the brain."

Nicole's room is an oasis of calm. Peace and serenity permeate the room and envelops one immediately. Nicole is the consummate professional who is in tune with a client’s needs and provides the appropriate treatment. You know you are in safe hands the moment she begins and you leave floating on air thinking expectantly of the next treatment.

Becky

Nicole is a fantastic Massage Therapist. She has helped me greatly with hip and knee pain issues I have been dealing with. I highly recommend her Deep Tissue massage and Myofascial Cupping.

Michael

I would recommend Nicole Wold to anyone who needs a massage. She is attentive and she has really helped to release tension I was holding. She will come to you which is very ideal. I had a massage with her today and of all of the massages I have ever had this one was the best. I feel so happy and I have so much more range of motion in my neck!
